Job Description

As our Customer Advocacy Manager, your focus is to help make our customers wildly successful and highlight their success. You will have a tight pulse on our happiest of customers and have creative ideas for increasing our customer advocate base. You will get the chance to interact directly with our 11,000+ customers while also working closely with other internal customers such as product marketing, sales, customer success, product education, and onboarding. You will empower management and sales to use customer feedback and data to create and optimize customer programs, identify problems, and implement strategies to accelerate growth of retention and advocacy opportunities.
