Essential Job Functions
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, web applications, and system components
• Develop new applications, web applications, and system components
• Create, document, and execute unit test cases
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve errors found in software
• Create and execute system test plans to ensure requirements have been met
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Take ownership of software projects and ensure all requirements are met within the project deadline
• Research new and emerging technologies, suggest if it suits our needs or improve existing application
• Improve the Product quality by getting feedbacks from End-Customers
• Schedule the application(s) release by providing advance notice to customers and internal employees
• Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications
• Interact and collaborate with other developers and engineers in a team-driven environment, as well as work efficiently as an individual when necessary
• Must be able to work multiple projects concurrently and shift priorities as required to meet business requirements and deadlines
• Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, computing equipment, and participating in educational opportunities
• Learn and suggest new tools to speed up the development work and troubleshooting
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Functions, qualifications, skills and working conditions may change as needs evolve
