The Business Development team is one of the first interactions our prospective customers have with OnBoard and will be a key driver of our ongoing success. This position is ideal for an individual with excellent sales skills, a high level of interest in enterprise software-as-a-service solutions and someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced highly collaborative environment. If you have proven success overachieving your KPI's and goals as an SDR or BDR, a desire to help build the team and enact scalable processes, as well as have a passion for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring people, this role is for you!

This job will be based in our downtown Indianapolis, IN headquarters. Due to COVID-19, our team is currently working remotely.
