Job Description

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to deliver on all aspects of demand generation and pipeline maturation programs.  You will be responsible for the execution of all demand generation related programs with the goal of increasing market awareness and generating leads. We are looking for a results-oriented individual who is a data-driven with proven expertise in leveraging multiple channels. These channels include email, paid search, display, content syndication, retargeting, direct mail, and others to drive brand amplification and lead generation efforts at scale. Your keys to success will be the ability to organize, execute, communicate, and work in a fast-paced, global team.

What you'll do:

Create a plan to develop unique, effective marketing campaigns that generate demand, capture engagement, and grow the marketing pipeline.
Own metrics and reporting for all digital efforts including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution and awareness metrics.
Nurture prospects and ensure that marketing leads are converted to sales opportunities.
Build integrated plans by partnering with other marketing functions including field marketing, content, social media, product marketing, and marketing operations.
Deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the sales team, enabling them to achieve their new customer acquisition and revenue targets.
Create a best-in-class marketing campaign structure focused on pipeline contribution and growth.
Understand the entire customer journey and execute best practices to engage prospects through the funnel.
Manage program KPIs by analyzing program impact on pipeline, bookings, and revenue.

What you'll bring:

Experience with demand generation programs (email - marketing and sales, SEM, events, drip nurture campaigns, etc.).
Experience leading a project from inception to completion and analysis.
Experience with lead scoring and nurturing campaigns.
Ability to formulate analyses independently -- to transform data into actionable information.
Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and effective processes.
Working knowledge of marketing automation software (Marketo or similar marketing automation software), Outreach, and Salesforce.
Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
Must have experience in tech B2B space.
