Job Description

As the new Director, Marketing Operations, you will support both the marketing and sales organizations by optimizing existing and finding new ways to attract new prospects through self-service and lead generation campaigns and strategies. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to transfer the prospect data to relevant stakeholders to convert these prospects to new customers. You will also work with other members of the Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams to help design new scalable systems, data flows, integrations and reporting while also assisting with the optimization of our existing processes and marketing technology.

What you’ll do:

Help to craft and execute our self-service marketing strategy with stakeholders such as Product Marketing and Demand Generation
Work to automate and optimize the self-service experience within Marketo and Pardot from prospect to customer
Ensure self-service data flow and full visibility between sales and marketing regarding self-serve’s contribution to marketing sourced pipeline: Product Qualified Leads (PQLs), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Manage Marketo work streams associated with Salesforce, our CRM platform, and our marketing automation platform (MAP)
Assist the Marketing Operations team with Marketo Admin tasks such as User Creation, Field Management, Launchpoint/APIs/Webhook setup
Assist the Marketing Operations team with Marketo Program tasks such as program/campaign creation, execution, QA, and documentation
Scope implementation needs and resources on an ongoing basis
Who you are:

Proven experience developing scalable processes for managing and resolving self-service issues by analyzing data and identifying gaps
Utilize product analytics and other measures to proactively monitor issues and potential risks.
Understanding of core sales funnel acronyms like MQL, PQL, SAL, SQL, etc.
Ability to work well in a very fast-paced remote environment, with an appreciation of working within a global organization
Analytical and detail minded person with a passion for data driven decision making
Highly adaptable, fast learner, resourceful with a sense of urgency
Stellar written and verbal communication skills
Metrics driven, high achiever
Experience working on a global scale with a wide product portfolio
