Paid Search Lead

One Click VenturesMarketing 3-5 Years

Job Description

We're hiring a Paid Search Lead!

One Click is seeking a Paid Search Lead to manage the pay-per-click channels (Google, Bing, Yahoo Search & Shopping ads, and Criteo remarketing) for our three eyewear brands. This team member will be responsible for meeting aggressive growth targets through hands-on execution, channel optimizations, and continuous testing. We're a company powered by data; strong data analysis and reporting skills are a must. Most importantly, the person in this role must be able to effectively communicate cross-departmentally and with external partners, as well as have full alignment with our core values.

Other common titles for the role include: PPC Marketing Lead, Paid Media Lead, Performance Marketing Lead, Pay-Per-Click Expert, and PPC Channel Manager.

Daily Execution: Manage acquisition-focused digital programs including Paid Search (Google, Bing & Yahoo), PLA's/Shopping (Google & Bing), Display Advertising & Retargeting (Criteo & GDN).
Revenue & Customer Growth: Execute the hands-on strategy in paid acquisition channels to meet aggressive revenue, customer, and profit targets within established CAC/ROI/ROAS/ACOS constraints across an ecommerce portfolio.
Experimentation and A/B Testing: Develop, implement, and measure A/B testing strategies in paid acquisition marketing channels using ad copy testing, dayparting optimization, RLSA segmentation, query mining, location targeting, and more.
Program Coordination: Ensure external partners (marketing agencies) understand, commit to, and meet all performance objectives; and develop relationships with internal departments (Marketing, Product, Technology, Business Intelligence, Merchandising, Customer Happiness, Fulfillment, etc.) to ensure clear communication, coordination, and brand-compliance for all initiatives.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analysis skills to pull, cleanse, and analyze raw data from various channel platforms, like Google Analytics and Google Ads, to align channel performance with the company's strategic goals.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Analytics, or other relevant fields. Related experience will be considered on a 1:1 ratio in lieu of a degree.

Experience Requirements: 3-5 years paid search experience in Digital Marketing. Special preference will be given to those with ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, direct response marketing, and analytical backgrounds.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of paid search (PPC) channels, data interpretation, testing/optimization techniques, and customer acquisition tactics. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Must be able to coordinate cross-departmental projects through clear, effective and timely communication to execute programs.
