Responsible for leading Agile Release Trains on our Agile Transformation journey, as we implement the SAFe Framework. The Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) reports to a Director within the ePMO.
Accountable for supporting and leading an agile release train on our agile transformation journey as we implement the SAFe Framework
Accountable for developing and implementing communication strategies for the agile release train
Accountable for implementing and monitoring KPIs that tell the story of our agile transformation
Support continued evolution of our agile practices by proactively researching industry trends and best practices
Support and coach Scrum Masters with developing agile teams into effective delivery units
Nurture self-organizing, high performing teams through leadership and mentoring
Accountable for developing and implementing communication strategies for initiatives and portfolios that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions
Be a champion of continuous change to instill and propagate a culture of continuous improvement throughout OneAmerica
Serve as an enterprise conduit that supports strategic, transformational and tactical initiatives aligned to the EBI strategy and roadmap
Participate in onboarding and development of team members to ensure team and individual success
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify KPI's that drive and support Business Value
Actively inspire and promote associate engagement and development
Empower teams by contiguously defining and expanding green zones
Required Education and/or Certifications

Recommended Education and/or Certifications
Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)
Required Work Experience
5+ Years relevant experience
Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in IN as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
