Job Summary

The Sr. Business Cybersecurity Analyst role is part of the Business Analysis COE with a dotted line to the Security Business Relationship Management (BRM) Director.  This role has a customer-first mindset (both internal and external customers / partners) and is skilled at changing techniques, style, methods, and approach and assimilate various types of information (i.e. diagrams, stakeholder concerns, customer feedback, schematics, user guides, spreadsheets) to maximize the quality of service delivered and more efficiently capture and achieve goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

Serves as the liaison between our Cybersecurity team, enterprise partners and BRM leaders.
Owns the end-to-end process for answering external facing Cybersecurity questionnaires, including developing, maintaining, and consolidating processes, procedures, and role specific roadmap projections
In the spirit of continuous improvement, challenges the status quo and looks for opportunities to continually enhance, automate, and increase efficiencies of the process for providing Cybersecurity responses to external stakeholders
Responsible for delivery of accurate and timely responses of Cybersecurity questionnaires from external stakeholders
Organizes and facilitates key stakeholder meetings to elicit and document questionnaire responses, including partnering with other teams that provide non-Cybersecurity responses to external stakeholders, in order to provide a single, unified response to external stakeholders
Maintains and enhances repository of internally and externally facing approved responses to commonly asked Cybersecurity questions from external stakeholders
Works with the BRM Director to deliver metrics and reports that demonstrate the impacts the Cybersecurity responses provided to external stakeholders has on retention of existing business and growth of new business
Shares observed trends in the types of questions being asked by external stakeholders with the BRM Director, Cybersecurity team, and additional IT leadership
Assists the BRM Director with program-level projects, tooling adoption, and improvement initiatives as the need arises
Analyzes problems and opportunities, and provides required input for Cybersecurity communication, as needed
Supports development and delivery of overall Cybersecurity training
Coach and mentor other Business Analyst on OA Ways and best practices
Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree
Recommended Education and/or Certifications

Cybersecurity Industry Certifications (CISSP, etc.)
Certificate in Cybersecurity Analysis (IIBA – CCA)
Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) Certification
Required Work Experience

5+ years of related experience in Information Security and/or Risk Management
5+ years of internal and/or external stakeholder engagement or related experience
Insurance and/or financial services industry experience desired
Experience with or in business leadership or consulting fields desired
Salary Band: 06C
