Job Summary

The IT Business Operations II is responsible for optimizing the Business of IT functions across the organization with an outcome of financial benefits and improved delivery of supplier services. The Business Operations II will integrate robust partnership across the IT Leadership team, the Vendor Management and Corporate financial functions. The role will refine and implement effective methodologies for day-to-day management of compliance to financials and invoicing. In addition, the role will partner with Finance to put structure in place to manage the day-to-day impact of invoice payments against the IT Budget.

Job Requirements

Processing IT invoices in alignment with the IT Budget.
Partnering with Finance in optimizing expenses with an outcome of improved financial savings and forecasting.
Supports the annual budgeting process at the detail level.
Identifying process challenges and providing thought leadership for resolution.
Partner with Vendor Management to align with IT practices and escalations to vendors.
Coordinate with Leaders for consistent management of vendors across IT in alignment with IT Budget.
Assist with the onboarding of new vendors
Required Education and/or Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent related experience preferred.
Recommended Education and/or Certifications

Finance/Accounting/Economics degree
Required Work Experience

2+ years’ experience
Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background
Salary Band: 05B

This selected candidate will be expected to work Fully Remote. The candidate may also be expected to physically return to the office in IN as business needs dictate or for team-building and collaboration.
