Job Summary

Responsible for leading small to medium, initiatives. The Program Manager reports to a Director PMO in the Project Management Office. The PMO leads and provide oversight of the organizations strategic initiatives, thereby providing the enterprise with assurance that the desired business value of the initiatives are achieved.

Primary Responsibilities:

Accountable for providing end-to-end project management services for small to medium project execution and delivery
Accountable for the identification and mitigation of risks and issues for the projects
Accountable for a effective communication strategy for projects
Financial management for the project
Lead project managers and scrum masters accountable for delivery of workstreams for the program
Lead project managers and scrum masters of vendors accountable for delivery of workstreams for the program
Lead implementation and monitoring of efficiency improvements within the program
Empower teams by contiguously defining and expanding green zone

Job Requirements

Required Education and/or Certifications

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related business discipline
Recommended Education and/or Certifications

Program (PgMP) and Project Management (PMP) certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
ITIL V3 Foundations
ITIL V4 Foundations (Preferred)
Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt)
Required Work Experience

2+ Years relevant experience leading variety of projects
Or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Salary Band: 05C

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN.
