About the role:
Our Associate Product Operations Manager will help to administer and increase usage of available Product Management technologies, tools, and processes. They will drive the execution of specific go-to-market activities, communication and cross-functional alignment; ultimately, leading to increased output and improved delivery of product team goals.
Responsibilities:
-Execute all customer engagement activities with a primary focus on customer facing campaigns with an SLA on release awareness and education:
-Create and launch all engagements with an understanding of their value, why they are needed, how long they need to be in production and why.
-Document existing process
-Inventory existing engagements and identify future needs
-Develop processes to ensure campaigns are being delivered as planned and are not overwhelming our customers.
-Track campaigns, gather metrics and report out to product team
-Execute customer feedback intake activities, optimizing feedback data to create reports, correlate trends, provide segmentation analysis, identify usage gaps and/or opportunities, while sharing strategic insights with appropriate teams
-Develop a plan for gathering and communicating product metrics and report out on those metrics in weekly product meetings
-Triage production issues from support, event notes as well as from other sources and ensure bugs are assigned to the appropriate teams. You will report on bug backlog and status of high priority bugs in weekly product meetings.
-Maintaining and updating the Product Roadmap, including mapping to Product Strategy and effectively communicating the Roadmap to internal stakeholders
-Intake partner requests and take the appropriate action to complete requests.
What you already know and skills you bring:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience.
2+ years’ experience in, or supporting, one of the following areas: Product Operations, Product Management, Data Analysis, Management Consulting, Program Management, or Operations Manager.
-Ability to work independently, prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively in a fast paced, iterative environment.
-Cross-functional collaborator with solid and developing communication abilities – both written and verbal.
Bonus points if:
-Experience in a role focused on improving member or customer experience
-Experience driving cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
-Strong interest in gathering business insights and identifying trends from data, including combination of data from multiple sources.
-Demonstrates strong empathy for members and customers.
-Experience with Gainsight PX
-Experience with Aha!
