-Lead strategy and execution of full-funnel (prospecting, retargeting, and nurture) multi-channel campaigns through a variety of growth marketing tactics and channels: email, website, paid advertising, SEO, online reviews, field marketing, industry publications and more.
-Drive quality lead volume and revenue through inbound and outbound marketing activities.
-Apply thoughtful data-driven, segmentation approaches to effectively reach prospects and customers.
-Develop new strategies to increase touchpoints within the marketing, sales, and customer journey to drive acquisition efforts, deepen engagement and reduce churn.
-Lead and implement testing methodologies to optimize and scale the demand generation process, including response and conversion rates and testing.
-Create and manage budgets, lead models, scoring and analytic tools to track campaigns, optimize performance and achieve pipeline targets.
-Select, manage agencies and contractors that contribute to demand generation programs.
-Leading and executing with a growth mindset to increase revenue generating activities and optimize our investments.
-Partnering with the content team to develop overall strategies and operationalize best-in-class content marketing that solves nonprofit needs.
-Working cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Development, Revenue Operations, and others to continuously improve lead scoring, qualification, and quality, as well as lead management, follow-up, and pipeline engagement.
-Collaborating with the marketing department to help support and move forward strategic objectives and key results.
What you already know and skills you bring:
-5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience with a concentration in -demand generation and growth.
-Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets and generating revenue.
-Experience leading high performing teams, managing agencies and coordinating with vendors and external industry partners.
-A collaborative leadership style that encourages access to information, different perspectives, and collective responsibility.
-Hands-on expertise with several tools within the marketing tech stack listed below.
-Career success developing digital campaign strategies and delivering results with a metrics-driven mindset and excelling in tracking campaign performance.
-Working knowledge and expertise of BI and SEO tools.
-Ability to collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders.
-SaaS marketing experience, and ABM experience preferred. Product Led Growth is a bonus.
