Job Description

The Office Assistant position is a part-time role that supports the People and Culture Team at our Monon & Main location in Carmel, Indiana. Work hours would be Monday-Thursday 9am-2pm EST, but hours could change from time to time.

Candidate Responsibilities:
-Collect and sort mail from three locations once weekly
-Prepare company swag for events/workshops as needed
-Manage company swag inventory
-Order supplies (kitchen, cleaning, office, etc.) for our Monon & Main office
-Sign for boxes and unbox office deliveries
-Manage recurring office deliveries and online recurring accounts
-Manage the elevator doorbell
-Coordinate and place lunch orders for company lunch meetings as needed
-Fulfill special requests for quick turnaround supplies as needed
-Organize, stock, and maintain office supply cabinets, kitchen cabinets, and storage areas
-Manage office elevator doorbell
-Greet guests at elevator doors on our floor as needed
-Assist with distribution of key fobs to employees needing regular and temporary access to our Monon & Main office
