About The Role
This person would be a results-driven Sales Development representative to start a new journey in their sales career. A candidate would be responsible for reaching out to nonprofits via phone and email to discover frustrations with their current fundraising processes to see if we could partner to assist in improving. This is a chance to start or change your career with a company that isn’t just concerned with only your results but also your career.
-Make between 60-80 cold calls per day to develop a pipeline and create opportunities
-Utilize our tech stack to follow up calls with emails
-Set up meetings between prospects and Sales Executives
-Properly own and prospect a territory to create a pipeline for long term success
-Identify prospect's needs and uncover if they are willing to invest time and resources to fix their issues
What you already know and skills you bring:
-Genuine listener that is innately curious and insightful.
-Proficient in a specific sales methodology and able/willing to embrace and expand ours.
-Experience working with persona-driven or account-based selling.
-Master of tech tools and analysis required for insights including Salesforce reporting and Excel.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a collaborative work environment.
Bonus Points if you have:
-Exposure across go-to-market models from Product Led Growth to Sales 2.0 to Enterprise Sales.
-Non-profit industry experiences
