About this role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include helping OneCause grow and scale with the talent needed to serve our non-profit customers so they can raise the funds they need to build better tomorrows. You will an integral member of the HR/Talent team and partner with hiring managers build high performing and highly engaged teams. You thrive working with speed, urgency, accuracy and integrity, and having fun along the way :)

This position will report to the VP, Talent.

What You'll Do
• Partner with internal hiring managers, developing strong internal relationships to know their departments and better understand their talent needs, now and for the future
• Manage the hiring process ensuring excellent candidate experience and manager satisfaction and demonstrate a best-in-class experience.
• Educate and influence hiring managers regarding best practices in the recruiting process, interviewing, and selection
• Proven ability to source a pipeline of qualified top talented candidates across multiple job disciplines
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, anticipating future hiring needs
• Network extensively and intentionally in the marketplace to ensure we have access to the best talent for every search
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on employer brand, candidate experience, confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy
• Attend events (virtually during Covid) to drive our employer brand
• Ensuring that candidate data is up-to-date and relevant in ATS

What You Bring to This Role:
• 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience and/or experience in a search firm environment
• Minimum of 1 year of experience sourcing for technical roles
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent education and experience
• A passion for sourcing talent and know just the places to go for passive talent
• Demonstrated experience in providing clear and professional written and verbal communication
• A strong social media presence and the ability to create and drive social engagement
• Strong time management skills, and ability to adhere to deadlines
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion with sensitive information
