Responsibilities and Duties

The market is changing. Platforms like OnBoard lead and dominate the board management market by partnering with Board Chairs, CEOs, and other C-Suite level clientele to bring boards to the next level by providing them with a platform that truly unlocks their potential.

We are looking for both Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives to join our incredible OnBoard sales team. We’re growing at a rapid pace. If you’re looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a tremendous impact- this may be the job for you!

Consistently meet sales and profitability goals

Deliver incredible value and industry-leading solutions to our customers

Be a hunter. Understand and possess the tools and experience to prospect. Must create 30% of required sales funnel

Develop a sustained pipeline by actively following up on marketing leads, understanding customer business challenges, consulting with customer on solution, and advancing opportunities through the sales pipeline

Share best practices, knowledge and advice with your peers and business associates

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience

3+ years of full cycle sales acquisition experience required in Enterprise SaaS or technology with 30-60 day sales cycles

Experience and/or knowledge in board governance a plus

Experience with freemium, Product Led Growth (PLG), or trials required

Ability to demonstrate the following behaviors and skills:

History of self-sourcing opportunities (cold calling, referrals, networking)

Coachability to accept change and feedback in areas of improvement

Relentless drive to succeed and exceed assigned quotas

Self-initiative to find solutions to problems and learn new skills, technologies, and strategies

Detail oriented and organized to maintain professional image and record keeping

Extensive use and comfort with a wide range of technologies

Expect communication skills to concisely and effectively communicate with C-level executives

Ability to travel to conferences, customers, and prospective clients as needed when safe to do so (up to 10% travel)

Ability to work from a Passageways office location or otherwise appropriate home office (min. 50 mbps internet speed, dedicated home office space)

Ability to utilize video conferencing software (Zoom) to execute daily responsibilities

Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
