Job Summary

The Business Development team is one of the first interactions our prospective customers have with Passageways and will be a key driver of our ongoing success. This position is ideal for an individual with excellent sales skills, a high level of interest in enterprise software-as-a-service solutions and someone who wants to be part of a fast-paced highly collaborative environment. If you have proven success overachieving your KPI's and goals as an SDR or BDR, a desire to help build the team and enact scalable processes, as well as have a passion for coaching, mentoring, and inspiring people, this role is for you!

This job is based in our Indianapolis, IN office once offices reopen.

Responsibilities and Duties

Exceed monthly goals and quota
Strategize with team to improve processes and share best practices
Initiate conversations with potential clients via phone and email
Create and manage a pipeline of prospects
Research prospects to best speak to their needs when reaching out
Maintain detailed notes and consistent logging of daily activities in CRM
Qualifications and Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to learn complex systems or products
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
1+ year of experience selling B2B (SaaS experience preferred)
Familiarity with Salesforce or any other CRM, Google Apps and Office Tools
Driven and self-motivated
Very organized and detailed oriented
