The Customer Support manager will manage a team of software support analysts and technician. The person in this role will be responsible for driving our customers’ satisfaction ratings to exceed the industry standards. The person in this role will work closely with our development and customer success teams to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely and successful manner. The person in this role will be responsible for implementing and managing a 24/7 international customer support desk. Passageways is looking for someone who is passionate and knowledgeable in customer service, technology and customer service metrics. This person will also drive the strategies and channels used by our software support team to provide the best possible service.
