Manage a growing team of Account Executives
Support day-to-day activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment
Coordinate and manage one-on-one and overall team pipeline reviews, meetings, and trainings.
Coach sales reps to improve productivity, remove roadblocks impeding rep success.
Collaborate closely on customer/prospect facing calls and sales proposals.
Analyze call, lead, and opportunity data to develop and implement process improvements.
