The Software Support Representative is a customer facing position and will be the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls, support tickets and emails from customers. They are responsible for serving as ambassadors for our company and customers by providing first level support. Attention to detail and professional communication skills are essential for employees in this service driven position. Preferred candidates have a proven track record of successfully working in a team environment to address technical issues using analytical and problem-solving skills while maintaining exceptional customer service. Applicants must be willing to work different shift schedules and be available for 24x7 On Call. Passageways is a HIPAA compliant organization so applicants must also get certified training.
