B2B Email Marketing Manager

The B2B Email Marketing Manager will develop, manage, and execute PERQ’s strategy to grow SaaS contract revenue through outbound email marketing. This position will be responsible for new lead generation, as well as increasing demand within existing accounts through proven and innovative email marketing tactics. Strategic planning and budgeting is required and should be based on actual data, with agility built into plans to make changes as a result of real-time analytics. This person will also strategically build mutually beneficial relationships with internal stakeholders, outside partners, professional groups, and other organizations in order to consistently build lists and capture qualified leads in support of PERQ’s revenue strategies.
This could be the job for you if you’d like to:
Increase delivery of qualified leads (QL) to sales divisions through project completion and maintenance of existing email efforts. Develop new email marketing strategy to decrease efforts for sales representatives to secure product demonstrations.
Develop new inbound lead engagement strategy with goal of increasing revenue per QL.
Execute on lead engagement strategy and delivering campaigns with heavy focus on continuous scientific tests to identify our next “hero campaigns”.
Maintaining email demand generation channels in line with department bookings goals.
Improve email lead capture campaign portfolio in steady state with focus on optimization. In additional to analyze effectiveness of current and new email campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate:
Familiarity with analytical and database tools. Experience with SQL statements, and advanced spreadsheet formulas (such as vlookup) preferred.
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
An ability to work under tight deadlines and anticipate needs, while working in an innovative, high volume, and fast paced environment.
Excellent team player; proven ability to apply innovative ideas and critical thinking to projects. Ability to work cross-functionally to align work with needs of business units.
Knowledge of compliance guidelines around permission-based marketing, privacy and spam regulation (CAN/SPAM/COPPA).
The ‘Other Stuff’
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of successful B2B email marketing manager or digital marketing specialist.
Hands on experience with email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation systems. Experience with SalesForce, Unbounce, and Right On Interactive preferred.
Strong experience with A/B testing of email and landing pages is required.
Prior experience in Agile Marketing environment is beneficial.
Basic HTML, and CSS editing.
Comfort using Adobe Creative Suite for basic design tasks
