The Role
Implementation is a vital piece of our long-term strategy and growth. We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving value from our software. Our ability to effectively scale the processes by which our customers receive value and improve the experience they have along the way is the bar we have set for ourselves.

We are looking for a leader to join our team and continue driving scale and customer experience for our growing customer base across multiple markets. With growth, comes the ability to manage chaos across multiple spectrums. Whether is it bringing on talent, improving processes, implementing new technology, putting out fires with internal and external customers, or managing complex situations we are looking for a leader who loves the complexity that comes with growth and scale. This role includes responsibilities for Implementation Management activities (e.g., managing talent accountable for delivering value to customers, improving process and quality, interdepartmental communication, customer escalations, etc.) and outcomes (e.g., Time to value SLA, quality metrics, etc.). This leader is the expert at PERQ in implementing our software across multiple verticals to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes quickly and accurately.

The Ideal Candidate:
• 3+ years experience in leading a software implementation team
• 2+ years technical experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Ability to manage multiple activities in perpetuity
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
• Deep understanding of the impact initial value has on the value of a software business
• Metrics and process-oriented mindset with a focus on scale
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Enthusiastic leader with the ability to inspire others
• Takes significant pride in the success of individuals and customers impacted by their work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
