About you:

You are technically gifted, smart, nice and hungry. A whiz at explaining technical concepts to less technical employees and thrive in a team environment.

About the Job:

You’ll work with our Information Technology Team to support daily business operations by providing desktop and systems support to internal customers. You’ll be answering questions and working directly with customers to resolve their computer and systems problems.

Your Skills:

Demonstrate troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities
Prioritize workload and manage time effectively according to business needs
Advanced understanding of technology
Proven effectiveness working in a team environment; patient, flexible and dependable
Excellent technical skills and demonstrated ability with all MS Office products
Familiarity with windows implementations of DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, kneel, bend and twist
