PFL is the leader in Tactile Marketing Automation. Our software integrates with a brand's CRM and Marketing Automation platforms to use digital intent signals to orchestrate the content and timing of direct mail. PFL serves major global brands like Salesforce, Zoom Video Communications, Paycor, Okta and hundreds more.

Our Customer Success Manager ensures the success of our MarTech customers as well as the achievement of MarTech revenue goals by identifying customer needs, influencing both the customer and internal resources to meet those needs, and ensuring that customers are taking full advantage of PFL's offerings.

Some of the things you will be doing for us:

Drive revenue by working with current customers to show them ROI
Expand account footprint by understanding customers overall business and working with variety of departments
Consult with customers to understand their business challenges and objectives
Challenge customers to make improvements and expansions to our customers' marketing programs
Identify strategic accounts and develop success plans
Work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure perfect customer service and transactional execution
Communicate internally to ensure PFL's services and product offerings evolve with customer needs
Your skills:

Proven ability to sell in a "Farmer" type of role including Upselling/Cross Selling
Experience in a Solution Selling environment
Customer Networking and Growth, "Land and Expand"
Unbeatable listening, verbal and written communications skills
Advanced business acumen
Dynamic, self-motivated, high-energy team player
Ability to build and maintain strong cross department relationships in customer company
Knowledgeable about marketing technology and marketing automation
Minimal travel required
