Job Description

The Service Desk Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for Information Technology for Athletics. This individual will address technical issues to ensure a quick restoration of service or proper escalation, analyze enterprise and ticket tracking data to identify trends in IT service and/or equipment issues and follow up on all trouble reports. This position will oversee and advise IT department heads on computer needs and strategic decisions to meet those needs as well as work with IT service partners to anticipate needs and proactively generate technical documentation.
