Job Description

Realync is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our growing organization. This role is responsible for maintaining our financial records and supporting Realync’s growth. With over 400% growth in 2020, Realync is a fast growing B2B SaaS company with a defined market, proven opportunity, and a track record of success. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, self-starter with bookkeeping experience who is up for a new challenge and looking to have a lot of fun along the way!

Responsibilities

-Responsible for all billing, revenue transactions, and related expenses
-Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process
-Deposit checks in a timely manner on a weekly basis and at month end
-Communicate with clients to set up billing, resolve discrepancies, and collect overdue payments
-Participate in monthly and annual close processes
-Enter data, maintain records, and create reports and financial statements
-Process accounts receivable/payable and provide inputs to run payroll
Assist with external audits and tax preparation
-Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed accurately and timely

Qualifications

-Minimum of 2 years accounting experience
-Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
-Experience with finance/accounting technology: Quickbooks, Expensify, Bill.com, Salesforce, etc.
-Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
-Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively and nurture relationships with cross-functional business partners
-Client service orientation with strong communication skills to interface with enterprise clients
-Ability to pay close attention to detail and focus on the task at hand
-Metrics-driven and quantitative with the ability to draw insight from complex data
