Job Description

Realync is seeking a Content Specialist to join the marketing team at our exponentially growing company! This person will be responsible for creating content strategies, researching trending topics and writing content. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, creative, and passionate about content marketing.
This person will work directly with the Director of Marketing and collaborate with the Realync team on thought provoking pieces, announcements, collateral, and more.

Responsibilities
- Research, write, and edit one-pagers, success stories, playbooks and more collateral
- Write copy for sponsored content, emails, website, blog, direct mail, etc.
- Work with the Realync team to develop fresh story ideas, bylines, and product launches for national and trade publications
- Manage and create search engine-optimized content for corporate blog
- Manage and curate daily content for social media channels

Qualifications
- BA / BS in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Marketing preferred
- 2+ years experience preferred
- Proven storyteller capable of creating innovative communications and an epic narrative
- Excellent communication, writing, editing, and project management skills
- Ability to thrive under tight deadlines with limited resources
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and quickly prioritize projects and communicate priorities to stakeholders
