Job Description

Realync is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to join our marketing team and be responsible for driving growth across new and existing business. This strategic role requires an individual with strong leadership skills who will work cross-functionally and determine how to best reach, educate, nurture and drive action within our target audiences.

This individual will own all aspects of demand gen marketing, working closely with members of the leadership, sales, and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy
- Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns that deliver results measured in MQLs, pipeline contribution, and revenue attribution
- Own the budget, metrics, and reporting for all demand efforts including lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and awareness metrics
- Nurture prospects and ensure that marketing leads are converted to sales opportunities
- Develop and execute integrated plans by partnering with other marketing team members
- Penetrate our target audience segments with the right mix of targeted marketing and ABM programs in partnership with sales
- Deliver high-quality, sales-ready leads to the sales team, enabling them to achieve targets
- Develop a strategy that combines both technical and content elements, to drive ongoing improvements in SEO and organic search results
- Develop collaborative partnerships across the organization to identify, launch and refine demand gen strategies
- Establish internal processes to review the performance of campaigns and optimize conversion based on results
- Intelligently get to the root of issues and blockers to then implement tools, technologies, and new ideas to bridge gaps, overcome obstacles, and deliver results
- Analyze, report, and optimize all demand generation programs based on ROI and demand gen and sales effectiveness.

The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation marketing experience
- Verifiable experience with MS Office, WordPress, and marketing software like HubSpot, Salesforce, and more
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Ability to transform data into actionable insights and information
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Able and willing to multitask and manage several projects concurrently
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Go-getter, goal-driven, and motivated by reaching quotas
- BS degree in Marketing or relevant field
