Job Description

Realync is seeking a Sales Director to join our growing Go-To-Market organization and be a key contributor on the leadership team. This role will work directly with Realync’s CRO and be responsible for leading a team of 7-10 quota-carrying sales professionals.

This individual needs to be data-driven, tech-savvy, and have extensive experience and knowledge of SaaS sales best practices, methodologies, and technologies. The ability to manage people and processes to drive results is critical to success in this role.

- Proactive Realync culture leader that balances business objectives with associate needs demonstrating respect and fostering trust through candid feedback
- Owner of the team’s ARR target and performance against goal
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
- Assign and redistribute sales territories to associates as needed
- Lead 7-10 individual contributors and run the daily, monthly, quarterly sales motion
- Lead weekly one-on-one cadence with direct reports targeting 6 hours per-rep-per-month
- Focus on specific, proven best practice interactions including – pipeline health, forecast accuracy, deal strategy, and culture
- Ensure reps are creating and closing the right opportunities that align with Realync’s ideal client profile
- Drive pipeline health and rep development through deal inspections that shorten sales ramps leading to faster sales cycles
- Partner with internal stakeholders – Product, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Client Success to communicate feature requests, deficiencies, and competitive intelligence
- Utilize dashboards to monitor associate activity, pipeline health, monthly/quarterly forecast to quickly identify and drive course correction

- B.A./B.S. degree preferred
- 3-5 years of solution selling experience – SaaS model preferred
- Technology and/or SaaS sales experience required
- 1-3 years sales management experience in a business-to-business sales environment
- Executive presence; ability to communicate at the most senior level
- Disciplined and consistent approach to the sales process and sales operations
