Our Dental Heroes build software and offer services that help dentists deliver great patient experiences. We understand to take on this task, our employees need to be happy and healthy, so we offer perks including gym memberships and 4+ weeks of PTO.

What You’ll Do
Learn our products inside and out, and then become an expert in connecting products with our clients’ needs
Conduct high volume (100+) prospecting for qualified leads
Collaborate with Account Executives and support team to develop strategies and processes to improve customer happiness, retention, and company goals
Take personal responsibility for building your lead pipeline and managing your process to lead your team to success in a collaborative environment
Ask probing questions and use active listening techniques to determine and diagnose whether prospects have needs or issues that could be effectively resolved through using RES products and services
Track sales activity and prospects using our CRM
Be a Customer Fanatic by internalizing evolving customer needs and business goals
Commit to continuously growing your skills as a sales representative
Inside sales experience (software sales is a plus)
Clear communicator with effective problem-solving skills – especially over the phone
Highly collaborative, dedicated, curious, and always passionate about learning
Passionate about helping customers achieve their business goals
