This Senior Product Manager role is responsible for the continued development of Pinkaloo’s charitable giving account product, empowering our financial services customers to create and grow delightful, profitable giving programs that manage the giving of millions of their clients, over the coming years. The role will work closely with the Pinkaloo founding team and with RenPSG product leadership, injecting extensive domain experience as well as customer and market knowledge into the product development process. You will define and execute on the product roadmap and assist with GTM activities.
The position is further responsible for establishing and managing the strategy, prioritization, and execution of software product investments, working within our philanthropic solutions software platform. This person must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and extremely well organized with strong business, market, and technical acumen.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Drive the what, why, and when to maximize product investments.
Represent the overall market needs back to the company.
Compile strong business cases for significant investment areas.
Provide market problems to architecture and engineering to ensure what is built matches market needs.
Collaborate heavily across engineering as well as the cross functional business to ensure optimal decision making.
Provide a strong combination of functional leadership, technical leadership, and market expertise across the team.
Research, establish, and execute against an internal and external roadmap, optimizing the market needs alongside product health.
Navigate difficult technical trade-off decisions.
Assist with driving modern agile practices across the engineering team.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required
5+ years of modern software product management experience
3+ years of product management experience in complex enterprise (B2B) SaaS applications
3+ years of experience in financial technology (fintech) software
Strong leadership skills
Strong business acumen
Ability to implement great software user experiences, satisfying both the enterprise and consumer levels
Experience with scalable customer facing REST APIs and internal Microservices preferred
Experience creating scalable solutions leveraging modern fintech backbones
Experience with AWS infrastructure services is a plus
Technical/Programming experience is a plus
Experience integrating multiple software applications into a comprehensive market solution is a plus
Reporting and analytics software module experience is a plus
Accounting experience is a plus
Experience with Go-to-Market activities around establishing a technology partner channel is a plus
