Job Description

Salesforce Technical Lead
A Salesforce Technical Lead will own the deliverables of a project to bring our client’s business objectives to life by designing and developing solutions within the Salesforce platform. Ideal candidates will be able to analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, troubleshoot errors and have extensive experience working with Salesforce CRM platforms, application development skills, and the ability solve complex software problems. This role will need to use technical expertise and Salesforce knowledge to drive the success of projects from beginning to end.

Responsibilities
Design, develop and integrate Salesforce applications using modern web technologies
Develop proofs of concept (POC) as needed, integrating new components with back-office systems during the design and requirements phase to evaluate products
Validate application code against unit tests, security tests, and profiling tools
Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues encountered during different stages of project delivery and implementation
Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff
Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software
Work with customers to elicit and analyze their requirements, develop designs, implement solutions, provide guidance on clicks/declarative versus code customization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or better in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering or a related area of study; combination of education and technical experience also acceptable
4-6+ years experience in a Salesforce Developer or higher role
2 years of strong experience in developing custom lightning components on Lightning Framework with Java, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, Aura, CSS, or .NET
Previous work experience with application and software development, adhere to modern software development lifecycle best practices
Experience working in an agile environment
Experience developing customer-facing interfaces
Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms
Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Unit Testing
Experience using modern Integrated Development Environment tools (VSCode, IntelliJ) and Source Control tools (Git, SVN)
Motivated, self-starter that loves to solve complex problems
Strong communication skills, prior consulting experience strongly preferred
Active Salesforce Certifications:
Platform Developer I and II – preferred
Platform App Builder – preferred
Administrator (SCA) – preferred
Sales Cloud Consultant – preferred
Service Cloud Consultant – preferred
