QA Engineers work with a small team that creates the next generation of software that streamlines a patient’s journey to treatment. Our network, storage, and distribution are all highly proprietary and contribute towards keeping health data secure.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with product designers and stakeholders to define technical and business requirements
Define and execute test plans to ensure the successful rollout of new features
Manage multiple assignments and align them with the business priorities and deadlines
Assist in triage of user issues and file detailed bug reports for the developers
Implement automated testing where appropriate to streamline the verification process
Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report test results
Identify any potential quality issues per defined process and escalate potential quality issues immediately to management
Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
Train and mentor other QA team members
Review requirements and participate in architecture/design reviews with an emphasis on test automation strategy and enforcement of excellent coding standards
Develop and maintain quality automation code
Identify areas where automation can improve quality and increase time to delivery
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant QA technical experience
5+ years of experience working on full lifecycle software development projects
Proven ability to adapt in a quick paced, collaborative environment
Built reusable and scalable test frameworks for testing other software solutions
Strong attention to detail
Experience using Postman (or another HTTP testing utility) to conduct API level testing
Working knowledge of SQL and querying relational databases
Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English
Able to work in a team setting and independently under minimum supervision
Track record that displays ability to multitask projects of varying complexities
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of experience working on full lifecycle software development projects
Programming knowledge in ASP.NET and/or JavaScript
Supervisor, management, or team leader experience or training
Previous experience working on web development projects
BS/BA in Computer Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience
