This position is based in our new downtown Indianapolis office and reports to our Director of Engineering.
Responsibilities:
• Execute carefully crafted user experiences on our React/Node.js stack
• Improve upon the modularity and consistency of our code base
• Participate in architecture design with team leads
• Provide mentorship for new teammates and spread good coding practices
• Step beyond your comfort zone and work on diverse projects
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3 - 5 years industry software engineering experience
• Experience in web development using modern tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or in lieu of three years industry experience as a software developer
