SEP is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented marketing designer interested in designing for SEP’s entire company brand, including multiple service lines and products. We are looking for a driven individual who can show up with their tool kit and apply their gifts and skills where appropriate. Whether that's brainstorming, conceptual design, visual communication, information visualization, experience design, or print design. You need to know how to make awesome happen given business needs, constraints, timelines, etc. Creating the right outcome, at the right time.
This is a full-time position and the daily responsibilities vary widely from project to project. The designer should understand branding and the importance of maintaining consistency of SEP’s brand identity across a multitude of client-facing and business-focused initiatives. As the primary designer in the marketing department, you’ll touch all aspects of marketing including digital, web, video, photography, content creation, infographics, print, and more! We want someone who can jump in, help convert conceptional design ideas into tangible solutions and lead discussions on the best way to move forward to the desired outcome.
