As our Customer Advocate, our customers will lean on you during their travels to receive information regarding their policy, claims, benefits, and 24/7 evacuation assistance services. You will utilize your strong communication skills with our customers to help them feel safe during their travels. You will be responsible for solving problems and making sound decisions while assisting customers through every aspect of their inquiries. The ideal candidate should be service oriented and possess the capacity to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be completely focused on connecting with our customers and improving the customer experience in all aspects of their daily responsibilities.
