Our Sales team is a tenacious group with a customer-focused approach, and the passion for converting prospects into qualified leads. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the productivity, development, and coaching of our Digital Sales team.

What you already know and have done:

-Manage a dynamic digital sales team to effectively handle inbound and outbound sales calls driven by our digital marketing activities.
-Coach and train sales team on all aspects of the sales process including greeting, qualification, product presentation, proposal, closing, handling objections, and follow-up.
-Collaborate with SVP Sales & Marketing to create sales plans and reporting metrics that measure the effectiveness of individual sales reps and overall department performance.
-Develop team members through performance reviews and individual development plans; regularly conduct 1 on 1 meetings, staff meetings, team sales training and other meetings to ensure all team member are setup for success to achieve objectives
-Ability to coach sales team on their phone, chat and email interactions with prospective customers, guiding them toward hitting sales goals and addressing opportunities for improvement
-Monitor daily and weekly key performance indicators for sales team with a primary emphasis on daily activities via phone, email, chat
-Facilitate the development of new processes, tools, and training methodologies to ensure sales team’s success
-Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with numerous, overlapping priorities
-Manage resource planning, project assignments, incentive plans and communication for the inside sales team
