Our Sales Ninja is a tenacious individual seeking to develop their sales career. Our role will require the right individual who has a knack for adapting to a conversation, with a customer-focused approach, and the passion for converting prospects into qualified leads.
What you already know and have done:
-Achieve sales targets developed by the VP of Sales or Inside Sales Manager by effectively servicing and selling our direct consumer clients and direct groups on the right product(s)
-Successfully handle inbound sales inquiries by asking good qualifying questions and leading prospects to act upon their initial interest in Seven Corners
-Effectively follow-up on leads using outbound calls, email, chat, and text to qualify opportunities, present a product, and close the sale.
-Ability to quickly identify sales opportunities and potential for additional lines of service based on consumer inquiries
-Proven and confident phone presence, with the ability to multitask and answer inquires via email, and live chat
-Route non-consumer sales opportunities to the appropriate colleague for further development and closure
-Actively serve as a creative problem solver for all consumer needs
-Resolve consumer issues and identify solutions for all sales inquiries by serving as the internal sales liaison for all Seven Corners’ departments
-Inbound and outbound production calls, revenue generation, (agent, broker experience and interest)
-Understand customer needs and requirements with the ability to close the deal at the end of the call
-Utilize and leverage Salesforce to record leads and effectively manage all sales activities
