Job Description

As a Technical Support Representative at Simplifeye, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers when they encounter software issues or have technical questions. You’ll operate at the forefront of the customer onboarding process, working directly with customers to integrate Simplifeye’s software into their office workflow. You will report directly to Simplifeye’s Head of Customer Success, but you’ll also work cross departmentally to triage issues for our customers via phone, chat support and customer service software.
