Job Description

As part of the Leadership team, you participate in all of the strategic decisions and activities that move the company forward. Willing to be vulnerable, you are unafraid to debate ideas. You commit to decisions and then hold your fellow Leadership team members accountable by focusing on results. You are expected to embody and promote the company’s 5 core values: do the right thing, go together, always improve, be proactive, use a can-do attitude.

Working closely with the Sales and Production teams, as well as our clients, you oversee the company’s project management practices from first idea and vision definition all the way to development, deployment and support. You help project managers ensure projects are completed according to plan, on time and on budget, and invoices are correct. You are accountable for the optimization of the company’s resource utilization and allocation.
