Job Description

Our Training and Support team quickly adapts to customer needs to deliver a human and consultative support experience through creative problem-solving and a thorough knowledge of how Socio's products work. This position specifically will focus the creating, updating, and overall management of our training and learning materials used the customers of Socio. There will also be time spent regularly providing support to customers, but the majority of time will be spent on the training content.
