We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and data-centric Marketing/Sales Operations Manager to architect, troubleshoot, and manage our lead generation funnel, marketing automation, lead nurturing, sales ops, measurement, and analytics.
You will collaborate with other key team members in Marketing and Sales on lead generation programs, offering insights into which programs are contributing the biggest revenue boost and establish MQL and SQL targets while identifying ways to optimize the sales pipeline and increase key wins. The role will have the ability to make a real impact on the business and see the results of one's work immediately taking effect.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the backend systems of marketing and sales operations with a solid understanding of modern CRM and marketing automation tools (experience with Hubspot required), and how these fit with sales and marketing business processes and best practices.Posted On
