Springbuk is looking for a proactive, positive, self-starter and team player with a love for implementing quality campaigns for new clients. The role of Implementation Coordinator requires strong client facing and analytical skills to ensure successful demonstrations and implementations. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, hardworking, an excellent communicator, and technically savvy. Our Implementation team needs someone who is cross-functionally inclined and will find great joy in working with Sales, Client Success, Product and Engineering teams in ensuring clients are successfully on-boarded to the Springbuk platform.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who will ensure new client on-boarding is completed with the highest level of quality and care, while overseeing the delivery of multiple projects. Be the primary point of support for the client during the implementation lifecycle and ensure a smooth hand-off to Client Success post campaign build
Effectively communicate technical matters to clients and internal partners
Ability to manage multiple implementations in a fast-moving environment
Identify potential sales opportunities with existing clients by listening to customer objectives during the implementation process
Work with engineering to document and articulate customer requests for additional features
Create weekly, biweekly, monthly, or quarterly reports for clients and channel partners
Solve problems with creative solutions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Most importantly, finding new and innovative ways to improve the implementation process for our clients and channel partners
2+ years’ experience in Client Success, or Account Management
SaaS (Software as a Service) experience within a high-velocity business preferred
Exceptional time and task management skills with a high degree of attention to detail especially during extreme volume periods
Excellent communication skills: writing, speaking, presenting and listening
Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
Proficient knowledge of Salesforce software

Basic understanding of the healthcare and human resource space a plus!
Four year university/college degree
