The successful applicant will provide front-line primary technical support to Springbuk employees on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software, network, and peripherals. In this role they will be responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner according to SLA while also overseeing the management and inventory of user provisioning, software programs, and hardware resources. Additionally, this role will establish and document new IT policies.
The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented and security minded.
