The Senior Manager of B2B Marketing is responsible for the strategy and execution of SupplyKick marketing campaigns that generate new leads and drive existing opportunities through the sales funnel. Through inbound and outbound tactics, the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing will build marketing plans around key personas and optimize our sales pipeline.
Additionally, the Senior Manager of B2B Marketing will act as a leader, managing and optimizing communication between the marketing and sales teams and ensuring continual improvements across our partner acquisition process.
Build and lead the SupplyKick B2B Marketing Team.
Design and execute campaigns designed to nurture current accounts and increase overall pipeline.
Develop strong relationships with team members across the company (specifically sales) to approach challenges collaboratively and align activities to achieve desired results.
Leverage our email, data collection, and direct marketing tools to drive successful data-driven campaigns and deliver results.
Work with Sales Operations to track lead flow and ensure the sales team has the information necessary for effective follow up.
Identify opportunities to improve program and campaign effectiveness by uncovering and using tactics and tools available in the marketplace for Account-Based Marketing.
Champion the SupplyKick brand across social media, public relations and content marketing.
5+ years’ experience with B2B Marketing and Sales Support
Experience leading and managing teams
Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns using marketing automation and CRM tools
Proven track record with account-based marketing programs incorporating tactics that include contact acquisition, email, tradeshow, webinars, digital advertising, and social media
Experience in campaign lifecycles and audience segmentation
A strong propensity towards data-driven thinking and decision making
HubSpot skills are a plus but not required
