* Bachelor degree required, MBA degree is a big plus.
* Minimum of 1 years of experience managing a team in an outbound call center environment.
* Prior inside sales experience highly recommended.
* Excel at hiring, training, coaching and performance management.
* Good understanding of Call Center metrics and ways to drive those metrics. * Process oriented, good at writing document, scripts, and running role-plays.
* Past experience in building shift schedule and comp structures strongly preferred.
* Exceptional poise and presence on the phone, comfortable dealing with irate customers or escalations.
* Goal oriented and data driven. Good analytical skill. Comfortable with Excel and presenting using Powerpoint.
* Experience with real estate industry and/or startup is a huge bonus.
