Help Desk Analyst
Vaco Technology is assisting a client in staffing their help desk on a 3+ month contract. This role will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware and software; responding to queries, isolating problems and determining and implementing solutions.
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software and hardware
• Provide support for Windows OS and a proprietary POS system
• Support iPads, desktops and laptops
• Support printers which includes connectivity and print driver issues
• Provide basic network support which includes router resets and connectivity issues
• 2+ years of help desk support experience
• 2+ years of experience supporting hardware including iPads, desktops and laptops
• 2+ years of experience software support including Microsoft OS and Office
• 1+ year of experience troubleshooting basic network issues including connectivity and resetting routers and modems
• 1+ year of experience troubleshooting printers including connectivity and print driver issues
• Experience supporting iPad OS and proprietary software
• This is a 3+ month contract paying $21.63 per hour. The position will work 8 hour shifts that will start no earlier than 10:00 am and last no later than 9:00 pm and requires working either a Saturday or a Sunday each week.
