Job Description
Manage the Project Process from start to finish: Scheduling, Vendor Coordination, Resource Coordination, Follow-Ups, Project Close-Out.
Leverage “Smartsheet” to improve Project flow.
With the coordination of the Director of Operations, provide detailed updates weekly on current projects.
Participate in basic-level technical training on all solutions offered by Vsecure.
Special projects as directed by the Executive Director and Director of Operations.
Build positive relationships with Customers, Vendors, and Teammates.
Ability to be persuasive and still be kind in difficult situations.
Provide assistance with Vendor orders when needed.
Carrier service ticket entry and follow-up.
