• Manage and grow a book of business by exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets.
• Own the client experience for newly signed and existing clients by delivering a positive customer experience and managing client expectations and communications.
• Drive successful business outcomes for clients by eagerly supporting the insights team to deliver actionable content marketing recommendations and solutions based on Vennli’s research insights. Enabling others success is critical to effectively managing and growing the book of business.
• Ensuring we deliver client solutions on time. Will closely collaborate with the Vennli insights team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the VP, Customer Experience to implement and execute best practices to ensure all clients have a positive client experience.
