Job Description

Vibenomics is looking for a creative and dedicated individual as a project manager for an enterprise account. The Project Manager will work directly with the software client, advertisers, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables are being met and expectations are exceeded. This position will be working closely with team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.

- Align Vibenomics and enterprise customer project plans, while tracking customer requirements and ensuring customer and advertiser requests are known and delivered on-time
- Work with an assigned Audio Experience Manager to manage technical project milestones for implementing audio services from the close of sale through the customer-validated installation of service
- Work closely with the Enterprise Account Team to gather and document customer expectations and requirements to ensure a successful deployment
- Coordinate critical reporting and data integration efforts between Vibenomics product development, enterprise customer and advertisers
- Facilitate and conduct meetings with Enterprise Account Team to ensure project milestones are being met
- Assess, document, and analyze customer progress toward project goals and results
- Ensure quality standards and metrics are being consistently applied in the deployment process
- Status reporting as required by the Enterprise Account
- Perform other projects and responsibilities, as assigned
